The year 2009 is coming to a close and the New Year 2010 is being called in to being under the illumination of a full moon. This is a very powerful time so potentially everything from emotions and thought processes will be amplified.
There will be a strong focus on home. Feeling at home within your own skin and in your place of dwelling. Feeling nurtured and loved, creating a feeling of safety is of the utmost importance at this time. All of these feelings must be addressed within yourself and offered to those closest to you.
Old beliefs tied in with feelings of belonging, feeling nurtured and experiencing a safe place to be may be activated now. Especially any energies to do with females. The past needs to be mindfully and consciously put to rest and the cords cut from expectations you have upon others to fulfil your needs. This is a time to reach in deep and soothe your inner self. Be soothing towards others.
You will feel drawn to be around beautiful places and beautiful people. This is important to do in order not to have the opposite triggered. Remember, this is the energy that you will be taking in to your New Year. Globally another cycle has come to completion and next year is a new beginning. Individually, as well as collectively.
You will need the feeling of spaciousness, as you will be experiencing a heightened sensitivity. This energy is about feeling safe, creating safety, feeling taken care of and caring for others.
You are being called to demonstrate love and loyalty. You will feel a strong pull towards being there for others. Be guided as you will need your intuition to know when to push or pounce and when to pull back and retreat.
This is also a time to find your wings. Release old feelings that keep you feeling lesser than, victimized, smothered or humiliated. These feelings no longer serve you. They are the old, outworn beliefs that cannot carry you forwards. Cut them loose.
During this heightened energy, become very clear on your vision for yourself, as you will be activating in a very powerful way during this moon.
Clear the space around you and create space and beauty.
Discard what no longer serves you. Physically, emotionally and mentally do a clean out.
Mindfully and consciously embody the qualities you desire to live with. Become your own inner parent and be the change you wish to see.

DECEMBER INSIGHT 2009
The image that best describes this moon is the tower from the tarot. This is a time that could feel a little confusing, calm and quiet one minute and chaotic or explosive the next. There is a push/pull between the shadow and light elements. A breaking down of old structures. An explosion. Hence you could feel the need to clean up. Clean up around you and clean up your act.
The feeling of conflict will exist on and off. The shaking up of old ideas, opinions and beliefs that have stagnated and been hiding in the depths of your unconscious is taking place.
Time now to delve deeper to witness how the past is affecting the present. A wonderful time is upon you of self-discovery if you are able to keep your mind in an equilibrium state. You are being asked to become the Alchemist. Turning base metal in to Gold! This will take patience on your behalf, as things will feel tumultuous. As the opening takes place, or the emergence, you will possibly have moments of feeling energized and at the same time like there is a static energy surrounding you. There is.
What has been built on poor foundations is now shattering. As the breaking down takes place, new, stronger foundations can be laid down. Expect the unexpected.
There is an energy calling you to have a focused awareness on the Truth and yet there is a consciousness of duality. This is now the moment to take personal responsibility. What is not balanced within you will become amplified and projected back to you within your life. This may mean that in the breaking down of old structures, relationships will either finish up or become renewed.
You are being called to deepen, wether you like it or not.
Mentally you may feel as though you are going a little crazy at times. There is a Shamanic right of passage where the shaman feels as though they are losing their mind, right before a new way of seeing emerges. Welcome to that right of passage.
Your shell is cracking and you, the butterfly is preparing to emerge. Do not try to control this process, simply accept it’s happening. Surrender to the higher process and stay clear on your intended outcome.
This time is a little like balancing on the sea-saw and spinning on the playground spinning wheel at the same time. Meditate, pray, participate and face the shadow moments. Calmness will descend upon you eventually. The magnetic poles are shifting and you will feel the effects of the attraction and repulsion at the same time. Faith is required now, not fear. You cannot control this process. Emerge!

NOVEMBER INSIGHT 2009

Time to discover what the void is within that you are feeling. This will mean doing some inner searching and seeking in order to fill that void. As you discover the void you will also discover that it is time for another death of self.
This is a time of transformation. In order for transformation to unfold you will need to experience the death and then the transition. This will be a time of some endings.
All the way through this year there would have been many deaths, take time during this moon to reflect on all that you have been through and all that you have said goodbye to. You will learn a lot about why you are here.
Frustrations may arise and in order to avoid conflict and a battle of wills, you will need to connect with your feelings and then communicate with directness, gentleness and clarity to those around you. Do not hide what you feel and do not hide from what you need to communicate.
There could be a feeling of tension between the conscious mind and your emotional instincts. Ask yourself, what is in the way of your contentment and what is in the way of your feelings of financial contentment? Time to let go of old attitudes that are creating a battle of wills.

Emerge with clarity, clear boundaries and follow through on those boundaries and create a structure for your new sense of self and personal world. Otherwise be willing to accept chaos.

INSIGHT October full moon 2009

All fired up is the message with this full moon. This will either be played out positively or negatively and that choice is yours.
Anything that is lurking within that you have not yet been facing honestly, will be pushed up before you in order for you to go face to face with it. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to push obstacles out of your way, not with aggression (unless you haven’t dealt with something) with spiritual strength, determination and action.
You are being given an opportunity to face your anger that is more than likely creating the feeling of stress for you in your life. You can no longer suppress your anger or try to squash it. It needs to be recognized, seen and heard. It needs a voice and a space to live. Then and only then, can it be calmed.
This is not the time for war; it is the time to confront though. Communication is the key and expressing yourself openly and honestly. There is great strength for you that is on offer. Trust yourself. Be open and honest with yourself and then those around you.
There is a radiant, vitalizing energy on offer and now is the time to grab what you truly want. Not from ego, from the power and potential of your spirit. In order to do this, you must combine your analytical thought with intuition and action. Time to determine what is truly important to you and then run towards the goal post without fearing opposition.
At this time relationship pains might emerge in order for you heal what you feel is broken. Where does your heart feel like it is broken? What do you need to do in order for it to feel whole again? Now do it.
Time to get all fired up, non-aggressively and embrace your passion and wear your can do attitude. There is the wind of raw energy surging through you enabling you to take the leap of faith and leave behind what has become stagnant. You might feel as though expressing yourself is risky, now is the time.
Become a visible presence, show your true self and become an active force in creating harmony. Now is not the time to be a passive spectator. Jump on the field and become a key player.
Embrace and face destiny without knowing your outcome. You have the energy required to leap. Be filled by the energy of innocence, youthfulness and become open to life and agree to the adventure. Time to jump.

Perfectly imperfect. Beyond the ego's game
Have you ever been judged by others for certain behaviour that you do, and been told how wrong or bad it is? Not like you need to be told as you are certainly already beating up on yourself for it. This is your ego and your ego loves to create a conflict either inflating you and creating a sense of false superiority, or, deflating you in to a contraction and moving you in to a false sense of inferiority.
Either way, the war has begun. You find yourself fighting for a sense of what you believe ‘perfection’ to be. Not realizing that beyond the ego’s battle to control, you are intrinsically already perfect. Beyond the veils of right and wrong, beyond the veils of good and bad, beyond your battling ego voice.
Notice that in order for a battle to begin, there need to be two sides. One side pushing to be right and the other side pushing back in order to be right. Maybe both are right! Let me explain. If your life felt under threat, what would you do? Fight for it of course. Well, the ego is enabling the ‘right’ or ‘good’ to fight to live and the ego is also enabling the ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’ to fight for it’s right to live.
Imagine if instead of simply chanting positive things about yourself in order to change something, you transformed it by facing it with compassion, understanding, love and dignity. If someone stood before you and extended these qualities out to you, you would undoubtedly feel relaxed, safe, flexible and loved. This being true, why would you not extend those qualities to every expression of yourself?
The more you judge something, the more it will contract in fear, feeling unsafe and threatened or being ‘taken out’. This releases toxicity in the body and mind creating an energetic stance of wanting or feeling the need to fight back, to defend its existence. The ego is playing out its game.
If you can face that part of your personality and self you wish to transform and take it to your inner world where there is no duality or judgement, merely compassion, understanding, love and dignity. See that it is not creating the harmonious outcomes or feeling that you desire, that it is indeed fractured from your true and authentic self already perfect. Then it will relax and no longer have the need to fight to be noticed and keep itself alive. Now you have the peace of self acceptance and the conflict and pain can be released. Put to rest!
If you stay living in the ego, life will be a constant push/pull or conflict and striving for some false outer perfection.
Let me say. The truth is the perfection already exists within you.
There is a safe place to be and it is deep within the inner realms of the true and authentic self. Come back to yourself and draw upon the variety of tools that will help you realize self (self realization) and find true self-empowerment. You will know when you are there because you will truly feel at peace.

Making a difference
Making a difference is about opening doors. Doors that have been closed between Self, individuals, groups, religions and countries. Making a difference is about bridging the gaps. Connections.
Everything is about opening doors, discovering what is within (behind the door) and connecting to it. Without judgement-no fear, disgust, criticism, betrayal or denial that it exists. Simply an embrace!
To embrace you do not need to agree. Simply accept.
No two individuals are the exact same. We are all different, unique; so why not accept the differences.
Everything you do, think and act upon is making a difference! What sort or difference are YOU making?

INSIGHT SEPTEMBER 2009
This is a powerful time to journey in the ocean of the collective unconscious. Dreams, signs and symbols will emerge asking to be intuitively interpreted in order to continue guiding you along your way.
This is a powerful time to offer support and comfort to those around you that may be emerging from a forgotten realisation of who they are in a more empowered and higher aspect. This is a time to be the chalice that fills with the Christ Consciousness.
Transformation is at hand. Transforming Self and yourself within relationships. A deeper level of intimacy is being called forth. Develop compassion and intimacy within and towards yourself or towards another. You are being given a powerful opportunity to see beyond the surface of things.
Be moved in to the heart of Unconditional Love!
Now is the time to understand the true meaning of devotion and sacrifice. Are you living these at the highest expression? Have you been sacrificing some aspect of yourself in order to remain in a false sense of devotion to someone or something else? Do you need to sacrifice a false sense of feeling good in order to deepen your devotion to the Christ within?
A Light is going to pierce relationships and illuminate depth of meaning in your relationships and events. Are you going to allow your inner eye to open?
You may be called to be there for others, without judgement. Hold the energy of understanding that we are all part of a grand Divine plan and everything is indeed in order. Will you allow this order to reign?
Symbols may offer meaning. Connection to something greater is at hand than merely feeling connected to another. Intuition and empathy will be strengthened and a sense of being strongly manoeuvred by the unseen while feeling a sense of balance and connection to the physical and logical.
Reach out!
Reach out to one another and or reach out to something greater and stronger that exists within you. Just reach out. Find release from what is not of the Highest and be taken deeper in to the sense of something more fulfilling.
